I’ve spent years perfecting the art of cast iron cooking, and now, I'm still learning, I get to share that passion with you through our hands-on cooking classes.

A Little About Me
(And Why I Might Be Your Kind of People)
When I’m not teaching Dutch oven cooking, you’ll probably find me outside doing one of my favorite things: kayaking, fishing, gardening, or hiking our beautiful mountains.
Kayaking? Yep, nothing beats the feeling of gliding across Dailey Lake, just south of us at sunrise, coffee in one hand, paddle in the other (okay, maybe not at the same time, but you get what I'm saying).
Fishing? Oh, you better believe I’ve got some stories—like the time I spent an entire afternoon convinced I had hooked a monster, only to reel in a log or was it a frog! haha
Gardening? Let’s just say I grow a mean tomato and could talk about composting for hours (but don’t worry, I won’t—unless you ask!).
Hiking? There’s nothing like breathing in that fresh mountain air and feeling like you’re on top of the world. Bonus points if there’s a Dutch oven meal waiting at the end of the trail. No I don't hike with my cast iron- just kidding!
