At Dutch Oven Outfitters, we take safety seriously, but wilderness and lodge cooking come with inherent risks—from handling hot cast iron over an open flame to working in rugged backcountry conditions.

 

All students must sign an "Acknowledgment of Risk and Assumption of Personal Responsibility" form before participating.

This form will be provided on the first day of class.

📌 Safety training is provided, but students must take personal responsibility for their well-being.
